What if I need to change my order?
Once an order is shipped, we’re unable to make any changes. Sorry about that! We do accept returns of any unused items with the tag attached within 14 days for a full refund, minus any shipping fees.
What if I need to cancel an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped, you haven't received your shipping confirmation by email, then please contact us directly.
Once canceled, you’ll receive a refund confirmation email shortly!
How can I edit my shipping address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please contact us directly with your Order Number and any other relevant information immediately! If your order has not yet shipped we can change the address for you.

Once we've received your order, you will be sent a confirmation by email.
What if something I ordered arrived damaged?
Oh no! Contact us right away and we will resolve the issue.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing.
How long will the shipping take?
You may choose the speed of your shipping at checkout, ranging from 1-3 business days to 7-21 business days.
What about international orders?
We are happy to ship internationally but we are not responsible for any import fees that may be incurred at customs.
We want you to be happy with your new product, so we do accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product, if the leather tag is still attached. If you want to return it for any reason please look over these FAQs or contact us to discuss your options.
What is your return policy?
For online orders, we accept returns of the phone cases if they are unused, with the leather tag attached and in original packaging for a full refund within 14 days. We retain the right to refuse a refund if the product appears used.
All shipping of returns are at customers' expense.
When can I expect my refund?
Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed at our factory and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.
What if something is wrong with my phone case?
If there are any faults with the product please contact us within 14 days and we will replace it
What if my phone is lost or damaged while in my Abeona case?
While we are certain that our cases provide the best possible protection for your phone by keeping it securely attached to you, we do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged phones.
